The overall goal of this renovation is to make this split-level house a forever home for the clients. Special attention will be paid to design choices that will make aging in place comfortable. Task lighting will be added under the kitchen wall cabinets to improve visibility. As the clients like to cook, a kitchen island is a must. As per the client’s wishes, walls will be repainted in soft, light colors and the home will be redecorated in a mid-century modern style.
